Thank you for choosing Reveal Book Box for your romantic reading journey! We're thrilled to share our curated selections of books with you. Below is our shipping policy to ensure clarity and transparency in our process from our shelf to your doorstep.

Shipping Timelines

  • Initial Shipment: For new subscribers, your first box will be shipped within 10 business days following your order date.
  • Recurring Shipments: Your account will auto-renew on the same day every month, with subsequent boxes shipping within 10 business days of renewal.

Example: If you subscribe on July 1, your first box ships by July 10. Your account auto-renews on August 1, and your next box ships by August 10, and so on.

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic:
    • Single book: $5
    • 2-book box: $5
    • 4-book box: $5
    • 6-book box: $5
  • International: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your box has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Should you not receive this email, please check your spam folder and verify the accuracy of your email address in your account. Tracking information can also be accessed by logging into your account.

Address Changes and Corrections

  • Prior to Renewal: Address changes must be made before your account renews to ensure correct delivery.
  • After Renewal: If you forget to change your address before renewal, email help@revealbookbox.com. Address changes can be made until your shipping label is printed. Any required reshipments due to address changes or errors post-printing will be at your expense.

Delivery Time

Upon departure from our warehouse, boxes are handed to our shipping partner for sorting and subsequent delivery via USPS. Typically, boxes are delivered within 5-10 days post-shipment. Single books, shipped via Media Mail, may take slightly longer.

Issues with Delivery

  • Non-receipt: In instances where USPS tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your box, please contact your local post office or mail carrier. Occasionally, drivers may prematurely scan packages prior to actual delivery. Should your box remain undelivered a week post-shipment, notify our Customer Service at help@revealbookbox.com.
  • Lost Packages: We regretfully cannot offer refunds on lost packages.
