Refund policy
At Reveal Book Box, LLC., we strive to curate the perfect selections for our subscribers, ensuring that each box is packed with books that will make you fall in love. However, we understand that there may be occasions where our selections might not fully meet your expectations.
Please note the following points regarding our return policy:
- No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the nature of our subscription boxes and to maintain the integrity and hygiene of our books, we do not accept returns or exchanges on boxes or individual items within the box once they have been shipped. All sales are final.
- Damaged Items: In the event that any book or item in your box arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will require photographic evidence of the damaged item, and upon verification, we will work to promptly replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority, and while we're sad to see you go, we understand that circumstances change. Here's how you can cancel your subscription:
- Cancellation Before Renewal: You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. To do so, please log into your account and follow the instructions for cancellation or contact our Customer Service team via email at help@revealbookbox.com for assistance.
- No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds for boxes that have already been paid for and are in the process of being prepared or have been shipped.
- Failed Charges: If we are unable to process your subscription renewal due to a failed payment, we will contact you for updated payment information. If we do not receive updated information, your subscription may be automatically canceled.
