4. COOKIES, TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES, AND THE META PIXEL
In Short: We use cookies, web beacons, pixels (including the Meta Pixel), and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your activity on our Sites and to support our advertising and analytics efforts. We are transparent about what these technologies do and how your data is used.
4.1 Cookies
Cookies are small data files placed on your device when you visit a website. We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device until they expire or you delete them). Cookies help us operate our Sites, remember your preferences, understand how you use our Sites, and deliver relevant advertising.
4.2 The Meta Pixel
Our Sites use the Meta Pixel, a JavaScript code snippet provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”), the company that operates Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel is placed on our Sites to help us measure, optimize, and build audiences for our advertising campaigns on the Meta advertising network.
What the Meta Pixel collects: When you visit our Sites, the Meta Pixel may collect and transmit the following types of information to Meta:
• HTTP header information (IP address, browser type, and version)
• Pixel-specific data (the Pixel ID and a cookie associated with Meta)
• Button click data and associated labels
• Pages visited on our Sites, including URL and referral URL
• Browser and device information (screen resolution, operating system)
• Timestamp data indicating when you visit our Sites
How this data is used: The information collected by the Meta Pixel is used to:
• Measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram
• Deliver targeted advertisements to you on Facebook and Instagram based on your activity on our Sites
• Build custom and lookalike audiences for advertising
• Understand how visitors use and interact with our Sites
Data sharing with Meta: By using the Meta Pixel, certain information about your browsing activity on our Sites is transmitted to and stored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta may combine this information with other data it holds about you from your use of Meta’s products and services (such as Facebook and Instagram) and from other websites and apps that use Meta’s business tools. Meta’s use of data it receives from our Sites is governed by Meta’s own Privacy Policy, available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
Off-Facebook Activity: Meta provides its users with the ability to view and manage their “Off-Facebook Activity,” which includes data received from businesses and organizations that use Meta’s business tools, including the Meta Pixel. You can view and clear this activity at https://www.facebook.com/off_facebook_activity/.
4.3 Other Tracking Technologies
In addition to the Meta Pixel, we may use other similar tracking technologies, including web beacons (also known as clear GIFs or tracking pixels) provided by third-party analytics and advertising services, such as Google Analytics. These technologies function similarly to the Meta Pixel and may collect comparable information about your browsing activity on our Sites.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 1 year past the termination of the user’s account.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure.
