How does the subscription work?

When you subscribe, your account will automatically renew until you cancel. Cancellations must be made prior to renewal. We do not provide refunds for failure to cancel before renewal.

When will I receive my box?

All boxes ship within 10 business days of your order (usually sooner). Your account will auto-renew on the same day every month, until you cancel.
EXAMPLE: You sign up as a new subscriber on July 1. Your first box will ship within 10 business days. Your account will renew on August 1 and your next box will ship within 10 business days, and so on.

Can I skip a shipment?

Absolutely. Things happen, right?! Simply login to your account and change your renewal date, or send an email to help@revealbookbox.com and we'd be happy to assist. Be sure to do so before your renewal!

Can I change my plan?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downsize your plan easily, 48 hours before your subscription renews. You can login to your account and change your product. If you need assistance, send an email to help@revealbookbox.com.

How much is shipping?

We do our best to keep the cost of shipping as low as possible! Unfortunately, we no longer ship outside the U.S.

All orders ship for just $5!

Will I get duplicates?

We will never ship you the same book twice, as long as you only receive one subscription. If you have more than one account, you will likely receive duplicates.

Are all the books standalone titles?

Every book we include in the boxes will either be the first in the series OR able to be read as a complete standalone. For example, if you receive Book 3 in a series, rest assured the story can be enjoyed without having to read the other books within the same series. These are called interconnected standalones. Authors verify the book can be read alone before inclusion.

Are my favorite tropes guaranteed?

No. While we do our best to match books to your exact preferences, we do not feature every trope, every month. Variety is the spice of life, right? We use your survey answers as a guide to select books we think you'll love. The more you choose, the more likely we can match them!
