Underboss (With Me in Seattle Mafia #1) by Kristen Proby

5 stars! OMG THIS BOOK! I was soooo grateful to receive an ARC of this book. I mean, Kristen Proby writing MAFIA?! OF COURSE I WANTED TO READ IT! This story is absolute perfection. Alpha hero, strong and sassy heroine, MOB FAMILIES, sexy times, handbags, major swooning, travel, fantastic secondary characters, and the perfect amount of humor are all the elements that make this a perfect Kristen Proby romance. I devoured this story, and I can not wait for the rest of the series!

We, the Wildflowers by L.B. Simmons

DISCLAIMER: I’m going to start out by telling you that I will not be able to properly express my feelings about this book with words. I’m not talented or eloquent enough to write a review worthy of this story.

I’ve never read a story that has touched me so deeply. I’ve never “met” characters that I’ve connected with so intensely. I’ve never read a book that MATTERED more.

I’ve felt that way about L.B.’s books before. She’s so incredibly and uniquely talented, and every book she writes deals with important issues. They’re all amazing.
But We, the Wildflowers is different. I’m […]

Like You Love Me (Honey Creek #1) by Adriana Locke

4.5 starts! I absolutely LOVED this small town romance with a marriage of convenience! This woman could write an instruction manual for assembling a boat motor and I would read it (& enjoy it). She is that talented! While this story is different than her usual angsty, steamy work, it is no less than perfect. You can go into this book with confidence that you’ll fall in love with the entire town of characters, swoon over the hero, cheer for the heroine, and finish with a warmed heart and a hope for more books in the series! ~ Review by […]

Fault Lines by Rebecca Shea

I’ve been waiting on the edge of my seat for Rebecca Shea to finish writing this book, and she did not disappoint! It’s an emotional second-chance romance with a happily ever after. There’s nothing better, in my eyes. I loved the characters, although I do wish Cole would have had to fight a little harder to win Frankie back. I know she loved him, and there was no way they could NOT be together, but I wish she would have made him work a […]

Into The Light & Away From The Dark by Aleatha Romig

5 STARS – I LOVE THIS DUET! Aleatha Romig never fails to amaze me with her genius. She is a truly gifted and brilliant writer. From the prologue of Into the Light to the very end of Away From the Dark, I was completely engrossed. There were so many layers to this story, and I kept wanting to uncover them all! I had no idea I would find cults so intriguing, but now I want to read more. If you like some suspense and mystery mixed in with your romance, this is an […]

Craft by Adriana Locke

5 STARS – Gah…this book!!! Craft is the flawless story of Lance and Mariah, two co-workers who are not quite friends but sure do have a thing for each other, whether they’d like to admit it or not!

Lance, I just don’t even know where to begin. A sexy, nerdy teacher who is all heart when it comes to his students and his family. With sexual innuendos for DAYS (which was hilarious), Lance is smitten with the librarian, Mariah, in his school and loves to push her buttons, especially since he […]
